As we get older, it’s always a challenge knowing how to exercise. How much cardiovascular activity should I do? Is weight training safe? Does this routine meet my needs?

I have the expertise to customize your training for wherever you are in life. I hold certificates in a multitude of fitness specialties and can guide you through corrective exercises for any injuries you may have accumulated over time. If you have a favorite activity, I can develop a sports-specific program to help you improve your performance in that, as well.
